SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey. To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Funtasties, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may exchange your item within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, simply email us at funtasties2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
